Following a slip in the bad weather I injured my knee, with pain also in my back and lower leg. I could not sleep or get comfortable that night due to the pain, swelling and stiffness, so tried using the Ache Ease my partner already uses to help his arthritis. It was wonderful. Within 30 minutes I was able to sleep, and further applications since then have helped me to manage the pain and discomfort, and to heal really well and really quickly.
I have no hesitation in recommending it, it works, smells lovely and is really good stuff!
