Plantain helps to contain and ground airy thought processes through providing a soothing coating to the digestive tract and other mucous membranes in the body. It grows near to the ground so helps us to stay in touch with the earths energy which provides a positive form of restriction for rebellious runaway thoughts. Elderflower, in contrast is high acting in the body centred mainly around the head and throat. It has a drying, clearing action on both a physical and emotional level. | |
